Client Punctuality

"We require 24 hours notice on cancellation."

  • Advanced notice of cancellations allow us to offer a higher availability of services for you and other valued clients. 

  • A client who is excessively late for their appointment
    (15 minutes late or more) may be asked to reschedule.

  • As a courtesy, we offer reminder calls & texts to all clients.


"We proudly offer a variety of professional salon products."

  • Unused, unopened products may be returned with the original receipts.

  • If a client is ever unsatisfied with their service, they may contact us directly for assistance (Contact Us).

  • The client may be rebooked for a complimentary 'touch-up' with their stylist. Due to the nature of some services, this guarantee may vary.

"We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, and cash as payment for services and/or gratuity."

  • Please note that prices do not include gratuity - it is left to your discretion.
